鯨の心臓刺し！

珍しい刺身！　ミンク鯨の心臓の刺身です。

「鯨のハツ刺し」　とも言います。

臭みはまったく無く、こりこりとして歯ごたえがあります。

生姜醤油かニンニク醤油あるいは生ラー油塩で食べると美味しいです。
