若狭の味 へしこ
一口でいえば鯖の味噌麹漬けですが、作り方・味は正に千差満別です。
私は、若狭の民宿杉本さんの帰路、自家製を販売している「魚一」で求めています。
適当な大きさに切りわけ、そのままでもよし、するめの程度に炙っていただても美味しい食品です。
寒い夜、日本酒にへしこ、なかなかいけます・・・・
