夜、クライムマシンで300、バイクで150、ランニング150
食事
朝、クラッカー5枚、卵野菜スープ、サラダ
昼、配達のお弁当ライスなし
夜、缶ビール3501本、ベビーチーズ1個、サラダ
ジム終了時の体重90.8Kg
