■材料（2人分）

そば…2人分
さば味噌煮缶…1個
生姜すりおろし…小さじ1
ねぎ…適量

※そばのつゆがない場合は麺つゆと水を混ぜる

■作り方

１／下ごしらえ

・しょうがはすりおろす。
・ねぎは刻む。

２／そばを茹で、ざるにとって水けを取る。

３／別の鍋に、さば缶の汁とそばのつゆを加えて火にかける。

４／そばを器に盛りる。

５／さばは感から出していったんペーパーで水けを取り、そばにのせ

る。

６／３をかけ、好みで薬味をのせる。（ねぎ、生姜、一味など）
