最近サンチュの肉巻きにはまって...
チジミと同じく焼肉のたれに付けた肉を焼いてサンチュで巻いて食べてます。
ヘルシーなのかヘビーなのかと悩みますが、たくさんサンチュを食べるからいいかな（＾＾；
