Kiwi Fruit Find
Not far from my house there is a big kiwi fruit tree, full of fruit. When I take Owen for a walk that way, I check to see if the fruit is ready, but it`s always been hard... until now. Finally they`re ripe [jukushiteiru]!

Because that tree is in an abandoned field [akichi] - well, it was abandoned while we were walking past on Saturday... - I thought it would be okay to taste one. YUM!

I also took a couple home. Tonight I had one chopped up in a pancake. YUM again!

Actually, there`s only one kiwi fruit tree in the field. I think there`s an orange tree too, & some other trees that I don`t recognise. When they get fruit, I`ll check (by eating...hehe) & tell you!

Owen is always cute.The hat is nice on him.
Years ago,my father tried to grow a kiwi fruit.But it was a failure.
Anyway,which do you like green kiwis or yellow one?I like green kiwis.Yummy!

I don`t think I`ve tried yellow kiwi fruit. They`re kind of new, aren`t they? Anyway, I`m happy enough with green ones!
