昨日いただいてきたガイドブックを見ている。

◎自分でできる認知症の気づきチェックリスト・
５項目あるが全くない・１問だけ

◎最もあてはまるところに○を
これは５問全部問題なくできる

２０点以上の場合は認知機能や社会生活に支障がだている可能性があります。
小生は１０点くらい？予備軍のようだ・・
