野暮用をしていたら、遅い時間になった。
スーパーバリューに立ち寄り（弁当）を購入・フードコーナーで食した。
全部食べられるかな？余ったら持ち帰ろうと決めてゆっくりマイペースで食べた。
副食なかったので全部食べきれた。
（げっぷ＆しゃっくり）も出ず安堵した。
午前中の検診でDR から、2度手術をしている歩で（消化＆吸収）が悪いのはしょうがないと言われた。
不足分補充に（補助食品）を、処方してもらった。
