時間が４５分に短縮されたので、何とか最後までこなすことができました。
右手首骨折の後遺症で右腕が今一動かないので早い動きにはついていけない・バランスがb度々崩れる。
６０年余り（ナンバ歩き）をしていたので、両手を振って歩くと微妙に体が左右に揺れてパニックになりそうになる。
運動神経が鈍いので両手両足を使う運動では、こんがらがって一人苦笑する。
参加することに意義があると考えている。
