軽い散歩程度の登山のつもりが

矢巾の南昌山を登ってみようと思い、
登ってみたものの５合目スタートし、
６合目で息が切れるほど疲れてしまい
仕方なく引き返した。
抗うつ剤の影響なのか、どうも体が弱い。
医者に聞いてみるしかない。
