佐渡歩行周遊紀行-23
海岸の防波堤に沿って歩いていると、魚を捌いている光景に
出くわしました
昨年、その表通りを歩いていると「ふぐの卵巣」の加工
をしている店を目にして気にかかっていました

捌いている人に尋ねると「ふぐの子の粕漬け」を作っている
佐渡でただ一軒の店だそうです
写真を撮らせて頂き、商品の発送を依頼しました

五代続く老舗で、佐渡沖で獲れる「ごまふぐ」の卵巣を
二年以上塩蔵した後に、無毒の検査を受けた後販売するそうです
帰宅後、味わって見るのを楽しみに
