細かくするとやりやすい
一気に目標を目指して失敗を続けると「負け癖」がつきます。
目標を分割して少しずつ成功すると「成功体験」を積み重ねることができます。もちろんその中で失敗もあります。
でも、0勝1敗より、7勝3敗のほうが断然いい！
