先週、滝さんのお店で買った赤カブを甘酢漬けにしました。 薄くスライスして、塩を振り、一晩置いて、出てきた水を捨て、酢と砂糖を2:1の割合で入れました。 しばらく置くと中が白かった赤カブが、中も真っ赤に染まってとっても綺麗になりました。
