チーズタルトで有名なＢＡＫＥが運営するシュークリーム専門店「クロッカンシューザクザク」が、３月８日（木）に西日本初出店となる店舗を、福岡住民の生活に密着し、地元の人や観光客で賑わう天神駅直結の地下商業施設である「天神地下街内」にオープンさせます。

「クロッカンシューザクザク」（１個２５０円、４個９８０円）は、アーモンドクランチとクロッカンをまぶした名前の通り“ザクザク”とした食感が特徴のシュークリームです。

形状も従来のシュークリームとは異なるスティックタイプで食べ歩きにもぴったりです。中に入っているカスタードクリームは北海道産の牛乳から作られ、オーダーを受けてからクリームを注入。クリームのなめらかでとろける味わいと、シュー生地のザクザク感、それぞれの異なる食感を楽しむことができとか。

なお、関西ではＪＲ大阪駅の商業施設「ルクア大阪」（大阪市北区）地下２階「バルチカ」に、４月１日（日）にオープン予定です。
