お昼ご飯は、「グリーン・グルメ岡本」（神戸市東灘区岡本１－１２－１１）にて購入しました【ロック・フィールド】の「五彩弁当（ひれカツ・鶏チーズ）」です。
 
６個のマス目に彩りよく＜鶏チーズフライ＞と＜豚ひれカツ＞を中心に＜ひじき煮・人参しりしり・ポテトサラダ・甘酢サラダ＞が副菜として配置されています。
 
味もよく、彩を楽しみながら、＜ゆかり＞味のご飯で（６５９キロカロリー）おいしくいただきました。
