ハチクの炊き合わせ－2012/...
筍が終わったら、ハチクです。今年は遅いのかなぁ。

蕗とワカメ（ワアkメは煮汁につけただけです）と炊き合わせました。
季節の味ですねぇ。

アッ、これはババショフの担当です。(^_-)-☆

こういう物が美味しいなあと感じます。ハチクはこちらでもファーマーズマーケットで出ている時があります。土曜日行かなくちゃ。
