鯵のきずし－2012/8/6　...
流れてきた5尾の鯵、2尾はきずしにしました。
ちょっと漬かりすぎかな？

やはりちょっと脂が少なかったですが、美味しかったです。

枝豆をちらして

夏大根は辛いと相場は決っていたけど、最近は辛くなくなりましたね。
これも辛くなかった！
美味しかったです。

きずしもさっぱりとして、食が進みそうですね。

毎朝、大根おろしなので、一年中大根が欠かせません。
辛いのが苦手な婆さまなので、いつも大根おろし用の辛い大根を横目で見ながら、青首大根を買っています。
