*いいダコのたいたん、菜の花添え
食材の種類が少ない日でした。
鶏ムネ肉、いいだこ、玉ねぎ、人参、菜の花、椎茸、カニカマ、銀杏、卵、胡麻、出汁のいりこ・鰹ぶしなど…
12種類やぁ~!
いいダコ、「いい」がよく詰まってきました。
前回とかなり詰まり具合が違います。
旬ですね。(^_^)v
もちもち感が美味しいんですが、わたしはあまり好きじゃないので足だけ。
その足もとても美味しいです。
