久しぶりにかんぱちカマがありました。
1年で一番の忙繁期なので、前日のお使いでかんぱちハマを買っておきました。
塩焼きです。(*^^)v
脂がよくのっていて、とても美味しかったです。
忙しいときは、塩焼きは簡単でいいです。

緑のは、菜花が入った天ぷらです。
筍、ふきのはいったのも、いとよりのすりもの。
「揚げかまぼこ」と書いてありました。

柚子酢で三杯酢をつくりました。

宇和島はジャコ天が有名ですよね。
これは生協でかいました。
