鶏の皮をから揚げして、お酢の物に。
カリカリに揚げて、サっと和えます。
ワカメ、きゅうり、茗荷の甘酢漬けと。
「ザ・和食」って感じの晩御飯になりました。
小松菜も久しぶりに買って、お揚げさんとたいて。
軽めのおちつく晩御飯になりました。
