*コールスローサラダ(キャベツ、きゅうり、人参、シーチキン、にぬき、ミニトマヨ)
*いかなごのくぎ煮
前日のゴルフで,脚、腰がボロボロ
軟な体だと情けなくて…
もう歳だといいたくないし…(-_-;)
この日は「なでしこJAPAN」の試合が11:00からあって、ダラダラみてたら…
もう家を出ることもないかぁ~!と。
どうにかなりました。
