*豚バラのマーマレード煮
*ブロッコリーとトマト
*釜揚げしらすときゅうり、大根殺し和え
*お味噌汁(お豆腐、お揚げ、菊菜)
*キノコご飯(シメジ、舞茸、エリンギ、エノキ、お揚げ、人参)
ゴルフで、お昼にしっかり志度御膳を食べたので、晩は簡単にしようと思ったけど、
1人遊んで手抜きは申し訳ないから…結局は作りました。
でも、英会話でノンアル・デーだから(帰ってから飲むから、休肝日ではない。('◇')ゞ)
ご飯ものに。
朝はパンだったし、お昼は志度御膳だったし、晩はキノコご飯。
炭水化物の摂りすぎ!
今朝の体重、ふえてた!(~_~メ)
