お好み焼きです。('◇')ゞ

生地はお好み焼き粉でなく、卵、長芋、と少しの小麦粉。
キャベツはみじん切りです。

ババショフとたまったビデオを見ながらのんびりと。(*^^)v

カリっと焼き上がるんじゃなく、ふんわり柔らかですが、美味しいです。

生地にイカとエビを全部混ぜ混んで、豚バラを敷き詰めます。
カロリー満点で危険ですが、美味しいです。
