インフェルノをみた日 手早くで... インフェルノをみた日
手早くできるのは、餃子！
朝晩寒くなったので、焼きながら食べるのは美味しいです。(^_-)-☆
ババショフに手伝ってもらって包みました。
＊野菜スープ煮（豚バラ、玉ねぎ、人参、お茄子、サツマイモ、生椎茸）
＊お漬物2種（カブラ＋ラディッシュ、椎茸の辛子漬け）

ニンニクが苦手なので、家では手作りです。
アッサリしてるので、いっぱい食べます。('◇')ゞ

いい焼き色ですね〜！美味しそうです。我が家で手作りすると分解して悲惨な姿になります。(^^;;

焦げ目を付ける前に蒸し焼きにして、水分が飛んだらごま油を上からかけてパリっと焼きます。
羽根をつけるのは面倒だから…このままで。
