圧力鍋で
3．5㍑の圧力鍋で2盛りの鰯は無理かなと思ったけど
頭を取るのでOKでした
半分はmy-daughter-in-lawにプレゼント
安いもんやぁ～、喜んでくれて

＊トマトサラダ
きゅうり、卵で彩りよく　v(´∀｀*v)ﾋﾟｰｽ
やっぱりトマトは我が家には必要不可欠！
＊瀬戸内の小海老,鳴門金時、大葉のかき揚げ
＊竹輪天
＊もやし、オクラ、竹輪の胡麻和え

鰯、美味しそうですね　圧力鍋の調理なので骨まで気にせず食べれるのかな？
