お魚屋のオニイチャンが「鰆は身が柔らかいから、皮を引くのは難しいから
ひいておいたげる」というので任せたら
すっかり皮がなくなって鰆というのがわかりずらくなった　(´；ω；`)ｳｯ…
1/4身買ってお造りに
まだ残ったので翌日に　(^_-)-☆
やはり美味しい　✌
身が柔らかいので分厚く切りました
最高！

＊鰆の白子のたいたん
私は苦手なもんで写し忘れた！
三つ葉のお浸しと
＊蓮根と豚肉のキンピラ風
＊ポテリンゴサラダ
なんか取り合わせが悪いけど、お醤油味ばかりになったので

そちらは鰆の季節になりましたか、こちらではまだ鰆は釣れません真鯛に平目が多いです

今が旬です
今年は豊漁で安いです
5キロサイズが6800円で売ってました
1尾買いはできませんが、1/4身で買います

今年、こちらもヒラメがよく出てます
真鯛は天然も養殖もよく出ています
昨夜は真鯛のアラ煮！　(n*´ω`*n)
