佐賀県産の天然真鰺
あまり塩焼きは好みじゃないんだけど
旬だから美味しかったです
脂もしっかりのっていました　(^_-)-☆

＊アスパラのベーコン巻き焼き
久しぶりのアスパラの肉巻きです
牛、豚で巻くけど、ベーコンも美味しいです
アスパラは生のままで巻くので、ベーコンが焦げすぎないように注意ですが

＊お豆さんの卵とじ
＊小松菜の花かつおかけ
＊カブラのカンタン酢漬け

アジは美味しいですね。誰かさんも大好物です。(^^)
 なかなか生の良いアジが見つからないのが悩みです。(^^;

鰺はどんな料理でも美味しく安価で万能魚、今年は海でまだ釣れていません　とても残念です

これは佐賀県産だから、もう少ししたらそちらの海にも北上するのでは
対馬海流、頑張って！

昨日は小さい鰺で南蛮漬けにしました
美味しかったです
