冷凍庫に入れておくと重宝します　(^_-)-☆

＊ケーファーのハムの野菜炒め
玉葱、キャベツ

*小松菜とお揚げさんのたいたん

＊ちりめん山椒
ちょっと部屋の掃除を頑張ったから、疲れたぁ～！
なんか簡単な晩ご飯になりました

解凍して売ってるのは不味いですが
冷凍で売ってるのは美味しいですね
家で硬いうちに切って、食べるときにちょうどいい硬さになってます
冷凍庫にあると重宝しますね
