お魚屋さんに真鯛のお造りがいっぱい出ていた日
当然ながらアラも　
久しぶりにアラ煮を　(^_-)-☆
甘辛く濃いめの味付けで、美味しかったです ＊カツオのたたき やはり「今」... ＊カツオのたたき
やはり「今」ですね

＊鶏軟骨ヤゲンのから揚げ
身がたくさんついた、太いヤゲンで食べ応えがありました ＊お酢の物 モズク、カニカマ ... ＊お酢の物
モズク、カニカマ

この日は野菜が少なかったです　m(__)m

もっと甘辛くしたいんですが、普通の三温糖ではなかなか…
