午前中に作って冷やしておいて…
ヒンヤリした口当たりで、今の季節にピッタリです

キノコ類のたいたん、多すぎた！　(/ω＼) ＊鶏もも肉の照り焼き ＊小松菜... ＊鶏もも肉の照り焼き

＊小松菜とシメジ、お揚げさんのたいたん ＊めかぶオクラに梅干しを和えて... ＊めかぶオクラに梅干しを和えて
酸味があるほうが食べやすいです

冷やし茶わん蒸し、口当たりもいいし、夏にぴったりね。 
キノコの炊いたの美味しいよね。

午前中に作っておくから、食べるとき、キッチンも暑くないし、夏には冷製がぴったりですね！
シメジ、舞茸、生椎茸、エノキなどを入れて甘辛く炊いてます
色んなものに使えて重宝するよね
