焼いた豚ロースに味噌だれ（イチビキ）を絡めて焼いて…
とても美味しかったです
柔らかく仕上がりました　(^_-)-☆ ＊鶏軟骨ヤゲンのから揚げ ＊梅... ＊鶏軟骨ヤゲンのから揚げ

Mちゃんからのサシ入れ

我が家は昨日豚肉の味噌漬けでした。キャベツとエリンギもフライパンに入れて蒸し焼きに。意外に美味しかったです。味付けなしでキャベツとエリンギが食べられて簡単でした。(^^;
