あっさり目が多くなりました

牛肉のキンピラ風は、先日のすき焼きのお肉で
柔らかくて美味しかったです　(^_-)-☆ 鮭に南天の葉っぱなどをあしらう... 鮭に南天の葉っぱなどをあしらうべきだった！

でも、年寄りはお肉を食べた方がいいらしいですね
