一人晩ご飯ー2024/5/27　Mon.

ウルトラがeatoutだったので、一人晩ご飯でした
そうなりゃ、簡単に　(n*´ω`*n)

＊ハンバーグのトマトソース煮込み
以前に作ったハンバーグを冷凍してあったので
ブイヨンやケチャップなどで適当に煮込みました
煮込むから、ハンバーグの火の通りを気にしなくていいし
火にかけておくだけでOK！

玉ねぎ、人参、シメジ、舞茸
上にパセリを散らして完成！　(^_-)-☆

＊真蛸のカルパッチョ風
ボイル真蛸、ミニトマト、きゅうり、キゥイ

ゴールデンキゥイにするべきだったなぁ～
緑ではきゅうりと区別がつきにくい…彩りが…(´；ω；`)ｳｯ…

＊デザートは…(/ω＼)
残ったキゥイとPARMのチョコアイス！！！
一人だから気ままに、食べたいものを　(^_-)-☆

いえいえ！
カルパッチョ風といってもオリーブオイルは使ってないし…
マリネほど漬け込んでないし…
ただカンタン酢で和えただけです　(/ω＼)
