美味しそうですね♪ 昨日我が家は、小麦粉なしのお好み焼きでした。(^^;; やっぱり本当のお好み焼きがいいです。

食事制限のある中、毎回、頑張っておられて素晴らしいですね
小麦粉なしでキャベツたっぷりのお好み焼きもおいしいですね
長芋はダメなのかな？
