讃岐の郷土料理に「まんばのけんちゃん」 というのがあります。 「まんば」という、辛子菜のような葉の、お揚げさんとお豆腐のたいたん。 「まんば」が苦手なので(下準備が大変)したことはなく、食べた記憶は… いつも「まんば」でなく小松菜でします。 正しい味じゃないけど、我が家の「けんちゃん」です。(^^ゞ 【コメント欄にも画像あります】
