雉カレー−2010/4/16　...
四国こんぴら歌舞伎大芝居の第二部を観たので、帰ったら8：00でした。
遅くなるだろうと思って、道の駅「広見森の三角ぼうし」で買った雉カレーの準備をしておきました。(^_-)-☆

柔らかくてクセがなくて美味しかったです。
15穀米のご飯にしました。

カレーのルーの味でよくわかりませんでしたが、チキンと大差がないと思います。

雉の肉って想像できないですが、

チキンより、サクっと柔らかいですね。

以前、道の駅　木の香でウルトラが食べました。

ルーの色の割には、香辛料がそれほど強くなかったです。
