奈良に行ったババショフのお土産です。 奈良漬の本場山崎屋の。 先ず、梅の粕漬けを開けました。 『梅酒に漬けこみ全国より選りすぐった 甘口の酒粕で仕上げました。 梅と粕の風味のほどよい ハーモニーをお楽しみください』 確かに甘口でした。 ちょっと梅が硬かったけど、美味しかったです。 【コメント欄にも画像あります】
