野菜の高騰が続いています。 こんなとき、高いお大根を買うより「切干大根」でいいやんねぇ。 圧力鍋を使ってみました。 4分の圧でOK! とても柔らかくできました。(^_-)-☆ やっぱり圧力鍋は便利です。 【コメント欄にも画像あります】
