バイクでやっとケーキ半分！

200キロカロリーはなかなかです。
無理です。

今日はやっとケーキ半分、121.5キロカロリー！
（プリントは単位を間違ってる？）
バイク、40分！
平地なら7.7キロも走ったというのに…
脚、ヨレヨレ。

次のアクアサーキットで、脚がつりました。
軟です。(；一_一)

今、体がだるくて。
腰も重いです。
膝立て腹筋、できないなぁ。

なかなかです。
プリントの単位、間違っているようですね。
「ショートケーキ」のカロリーを調べると、280キロカロリーくらいでした。

もう疲れた！

ジムのバイクの記録です。

200キロカロリーが目標なんですが、1時間以上もしないといけないみたい。
辛いですねぇ。

頑張ってますね〜！
私もホットヨガに週に4回行ったら、だいぶお腹周りがすっきりしてきました。
まだまだ絞り込む必要がありますが、やればやっただけのことはありますから、続けなくっちゃと思ってます。

よけい気になるのでしょうね。（私もそうだったからーーー？）
ジーンズはいてピタツとしたものを着ると
段が解ってしまいます。

せめて１５年前のボデイが欲しい！
この頃は脇腹にはついていませんでした。

バツグンじゃないですよ。
モッコリお腹です。
学生時代はスレンダーで、今より7~8キロ、痩せてしまっていまいｓた。
腹筋やrunなんて、平気だったんですがね。

わたしは40年前にもどりたいわ。

筋トレを最初に行ってから有酸素運動だと効果的ですよ
