スキー場のゲレンデ整備(2025.03.19)

Ski slopes are groomed using special vehicles (pisten) to flatten and smooth the snow
surface.
This work is done at night after sunset and must be carried out every night, making it
a very demanding job.
 
 
スキー場のゲレンデは雪面整備のため、特殊な車両（ピステン）を使って、平らに
均ししますが、これは夜間の作業となります。
日没後にこの作業が行われますが、毎夜やらねばならず、かなり大変なしごとです。

チェンソーのメンテ

チェンソーの遠心クラッチ部分、... チェンソーの遠心クラッチ部分、ここにチェンソーの歯車があり、これが回転する。
少し取り除いたが、この内部は木屑でいっぱいになので、毎回の掃除が必要。
クラッチの横にある二本のボルトでチェンレースを固定する、その上側の溝が
オイルの吹き出し口、ここからレールにオイルを供給するので重要な部分。
このバンドがブレーキ、レバーで... このバンドがブレーキ、レバーでロックする構造、ここも汚れる
チェンソーは分解してメンテをせねばならず、仮払機とは比較にならないほどメンテに
手間がかかる。
更に、切れが悪くなれば刃の目立てが必要となるので素人には手に負えない。

Sunrise 今日の日の出（2025.03.18）TimeLaps😊

 
The day after tomorrow is the Spring Equinox, but there was still frost this morning.
The sunrise position has now descended completely past the northern foothills of
Komaki Mountain, and the equinox point is just ahead.
 
With the fiscal year-end approaching, I'm caught up in busy days. I also need to
prepare for work at the farm, including getting ready for the bamboo shoot harvest, so
I'm pushing through even on my days off.
 
 
 
明後日は春分の日ですが、今朝はまだ霜が降りています。日の出位置は小牧山の北麓を下り
きり、春分/秋分の地点が目前です。
年度末で多忙の日々です、例の農園の作業もタケノコ収穫用意もせねばならず、休日返上で
頑張っています。

農園作業2（2025.03.1...
Persimmon trees that have been pruned by human hands tend to spread their branches
horizontally, making it difficult to move between trees.
 
The most troublesome task is mowing. While the actual mowing is done with machines
and is not particularly challenging, moving between the trees is a struggle—my head
keeps hitting the branches.
 
Furthermore, persimmon trees are vigorous, with buds sprouting and leaves growing
quickly. If the branches are not pruned early in the spring, they become difficult to
manage later.
 
Cutting the branches is relatively easy, but dealing with the large volume of cut
branches—resembling deer antlers—is another challenge. They must be collected in
one place and disposed of, often by burning.
 
Right now, I'm in the middle of this work...
 
 
 
 
人の手が入っている柿の木は剪定で枝が横に伸び、樹間移動には苦労します。
一番厄介なのが草刈りで、この作業自体は機械で行うので、それほどの苦労はありませんが
、樹間の移動が大変です、とにかく頭が木に当たるのです。
更に柿の木は樹力があり、芽が出て葉をつけるのが早く、春先に枝を落として
おかないと処理に困ります。
切断は比較的簡単ですが、切断後の大量の枝（鹿の角状態）を、回収し一箇所に集め
焼却などで減耗せねばなりません、現在、この作業中・・・

Sunrise 今日の日の出（2025.03.14）TimeLaps😊

The sunrise position has moved further down the northern foothills of Komaki
Mountain.
The Shuni-e ritual at Todai-ji Temple in Nara has also ended, marking the arrival of
spring.
The plum trees at the farm are in full bloom, and soon the bamboo shoots will start
emerging.
 
Tomorrow, I will continue working on farm maintenance.
This year, the work will be more demanding as it includes closing operations.
I need to trim the branches before new buds start sprouting; otherwise, it will become
troublesome.
 
日の出位置は小牧山の北麓を下りました。
奈良東大寺の修二会も終わり、春がやってきます。
農園の梅の木も満開、もうすぐタケノコが出始めます。
明日も農園の整備をします、今年は閉園作業が伴うので
いつもより大変です、新芽が出ないうちに枝を落とさないと
厄介ですから。
