東京都・特別支援学校の敷地整備が始まっています。

敷地は、５４００坪で高尾山から多摩御陵を望める見晴らしがよく・マンション業者なら＜喉から手が出る＞ような高台です。

南側は１０階建てのマンション～・ォルクスワーゲンの営業所～東側は、スバル自動車の研修所に・接している。

最近は随所で工事にかかわる＜騒音・振動問題＞で近隣から苦情が出ることが多い。

その対策らしく？＜数字＞が示されていた。

初めて見たが・５６dbくらいなら我慢ができる数字です。
