＜上り坂を歩いています＞

平地は歩幅も狭いが（５５ｃｍくらい）５０００歩くらいは歩けるようになった。
腹圧が弱いので腰で歩けず？膝下で歩いているので太ももが張る。
今朝の通所リハビリで歩行器を（７度の傾斜・時速３キロ）に調整して２０分歩いた。
約１キロの単距離だが、久しぶりに本気で歩いた実感・汗があふれ出した。
速度を速めて歩くより重圧をかけないと（脳みそ）が反応しないようだ。
反動で明朝起きだせるかな？と懸念している。
