疲労抜きラン12km。
意外に股関節の疲労がある事にびっくりしながら、ゆっくりケア・ラン。
今月いっぱいケア・ランする事にします。
来月には普通になってほしいですね。
そんな感じの誕生日ランでした。

試しに、同じ生年月日の有名人を検索してみたら、
バレーの元日本代表の大林素子さんと生年月日が同じでした。
