屋久島のお友達から素敵なお野菜と果物の贈り物を送っていただきました❣️
 
珍しいお野菜と果物にテンション上がりました〜。
 
山芋類は、白、紫、屋久の3種類、生のまますりおろして食べられるとのこと。モチイモは里芋類なので煮物かお味噌汁に入れます。
 
そら豆は鞘のまま焼いていただきます♪
 
タンカンと日向夏は早速ジュースで。
 
バナナはもうちょっと追熟してからいただきます。😊

全て無農薬有機栽培です♪ご自分で作られていて、いろんな物にチャレンジされているエネルギッシュなお友達です。😊
紫山芋すごい粘り気でとっても美味しかったです❣️お友達に感謝あるのみです♪
