朝食としていただいたのは、スーパー【ライフ】（須磨鷹取店：神戸市須磨区大池町３－１－３２）の「具っと！フランス（オニオンベーコン）ハーフ」（３２１円・税込み）です。

フランスパン生地の中に〈オニオン・ベーコン・プロセスチーズ〉が練り込まれています。

具材が詰められていますので、温めるだけで、お手軽にいただける＜パン＞として、おいしくいただきました。
