朝食としていただいたのは、スーパー【ライフ】（西代店：神戸市長田区御屋敷通３－１－４７）で購入しました「デニッシュロック」（２１３円・税込み）です。
 
名称の「ロック＝岩」らしく、厚みのある大きな形状で、半分に割らなければ口に入りませんでした。
 
デニッシュの塊で、おいしくいただきましたが、（４２０キロカロリー）とこちらも大きめでした。
