最近、睡眠不足です。 寝る前にPCしたりTVを見ると寝つきが悪かったり、 朝、早くに目ざめてそこから寝られなくなったり。 そこで教えてもらった「めぐりズム」です。 ~蒸気でホットアイマスク!~ ほんと、気持がいいです。 だからといって、熟睡出来るわけでもないんですが・・・ でもなんか、気持ちよくなります。 目の疲れがほぐれていく感じがします。(^_-)-☆
