鰆のお造りは、皮をひくかどうか迷います。 腹側はひいたけど、見た目がイマイチなので背のほうは引きませんでした。 薄い皮も難しくて… ちょっと皮はかたいけど、とても美味しかったです。(●^o^●) 瀬戸内海の鰆が解禁になったばかり。 しばらく美味しい鰆が食べられます。(^_^)v 【コメント欄にも画像あります】
