小さい鰆と大きいさごしではどっちにする?―2012/6/10 Sun.

大きさはほとんど同じ。
どちらも香川産です。
(さごしは鰆の幼魚)
魚屋のオッちゃんに「どう違うの?」ときくと
「一緒や」
「どっちが美味しい?」
「一緒や!」
で、迷った挙句「鰆」にしました。(^_-)-☆
やっぱり、今は鰆ですよね。
片身をお造りに。
とても美味しかったです。
小さいから脂はどうかと思ったけど、甘くて脂ののった美味しい鰆でした。
片身はウルトラの希望で味噌漬けに。
木曜日くらいが食べごろかな?
