大阪というか実家では「うぼぜ」といいます。 徳島では「ぼうぜ」といいます。 こちらでは「しず」といいます。 クセのない、とても美味しい魚です。 今が旬。 綺麗なしずがいっぱいお魚屋さんにでています。 南蛮漬けにしました。 【コメント欄にも画像あります】
